Well, for a start…A SERIOUSLY HUGE AMOUNT OF CAKE!!! Oh yeeeeeeessssssss!!!

We are so so so excited now that the schedule for almost the entire weekend is ready to be published. There is still time, yes, we are excepting baking photographs until the moment we hand over the entire GREATY BLOGGERS’ BAKE OFF over to our wonderful judge Jeanne (creator of A Jeanne In The Kitchen) to decide who will be awarded the accolade of 2021 STAR BAKER.

If you have no baking photographs, fear not, we have plenty for you this weekend. This is an international and very heartwarming blogging event – the best on WordPress – and we have included something for everyone!

While many will be excited to learn who will be the 2021 STAR BAKER, we are going to publish a very special interview tomorrow with one of our 2020 STAR BAKERS – who will it be? You will have to wait until Friday to find out!

We have a fantastic array of baking photographs – how is it that nobody makes the same thing as anybody else? – ready to parade before you. Many of the bloggers who have sent us their baking photographs have posts on their own blogs with recipes and details about how to make their creations. We will be sharing their photographs and links to their blogs so you can discover some of the truly great bloggers on WordPress!

SPECIAL GUEST POETS

One of our most popular features of THE GREAT BLOGGERS’ BAKE OFF is our special guest bloggers who have penned poetry for this event. This year’s BAKE OFF theme is: LOVE!!! We are sure that will mean some very special poetry!

This year’s special guest poets are Gentleman Dave, the creator of The Poet’s Kiss, Puman, the creator of paeansunpluggedblog and Kristian, the creator of Tales from the mind of Kristian, and a dubious duo who teamed up to write a poem together.

ANIMAL LOVE

We have a very special feature of this year’s BAKE OFF. We asked bloggers if they could take on the ultimate baking challenge – a baking creation that resembles a beloved pet or favourite animal! We have some incredible baking productions which capture the obvious love for animals that so many great bloggers have.

We will also be sharing with you links to some of the bloggers who regularly share their pet love and fascinating photographs of natural wildlife on WordPress.

2021 STAR BAKER

Our very special BAKE OFF judge is the wonderful Jeanne. the creator of A Jeanne In The Kitchen. Jeanne has been looking at the baking photographs we have received from some of the great bloggers of WordPress. After we have featured all of the submissions for this year’s GREAT BLOGGERS’ BAKE OFF, Jeanne will award the 2021 STAR BAKER accolade!!!

And….the wonderful thing about THE 2021 GREAT BLOGGERS’ BAKE OFF FESTIVAL OF LOVE IS – IT IS HUGE!! Yes, we have a #GBBO2021 post scheduled to be published every single hour for the entire weekend, starting at midnight Fri/Sat!!! The BAKE OFF will be running day and night for the whole weekend – the biggest brightest tastiest and most fun festival you have ever been to!
