Nevermind “Won’t Sleep”…I Am Going To Have To Sleep

It’s always hard to sleep after I have said goodbye to my Goldfinch. My mind full of memories that I don’t want to fade of Goldfinch. It’s as if I am scared to sleep in case some of those memories vanish overnight. The scent of Goldfinch lingering. Breathing it in, but scared that tomorrow it will have completely dissipated.

Happy but sad. But mostly happy. How can I not be happy!

Have to try to sleep….three busy work days ahead. I have prepared posts and scheduled them for the next three days. But will be checking in now and then.

In the meantime….what a pretty song to set off my feeling about how much I want to cling to my memories of Goldfinch. Can’t wait until I am with him again.
