The lady in front of you in the supermarket is looking at eggs. The supermarket has a two metre social distancing rule in place. You wait patiently for her. She opens several boxes of eggs all of different brands and then puts them back on the shelf. She carries on for a couple of minutes. You turn around and several other people are queuing behind you, all waiting to pick up some eggs. You need to do your grocery shopping but when you arrive at the supermarket, it looks as if the whole town have chosen the same time to shop. The social distanced queue (with shoppers 2 metres apart) stretches across the entire car park. You patiently queue for half an hour until you are near the front of the store. Suddenly a young lady with her young child, appears from her car and walks straight towards the front doors ignoring the queue.

A friend takes photographs of you a social event. You friend later posts these photographs of you onto their social media accounts which have a large following. When you see the photos, it’s obvious the camera did not catch you at your best. In one photograph you look drunk, although you were not drinking alcohol that night. In every photograph you see, the camera has caught you at an very unfortunate angle. Frankly, you look terrible.

WHEN IT COMES TO THE CRUNCH – WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

You cross paths with a complete stranger in a formal situation, who makes a big impression on you. Their smart, attractive dress and grooming, their polite manners and their appealing smile – they seem very attractive to you. The whole time you are conversing, they seem to be very warm and friendly towards you, but in no way inappropriate.

At the end of the conversation, they give you their business card with a phone number and email address, so that you can contact them again if you need their business services. But you can’t stop thinking about that gorgeous smile and how they made you feel.
