Two exciting little treats for Melody Finch – the writer. First treat is courtesy of Jack. He has sent me a tilting wooden sort of lap desk.
He complained last weekend when I woke up super early to start work in my little office. He said from now on, if I want to start early on a Sunday morning, I have to stay in bed with him and keep him warm.
I cannot really argue with that – can I!
My second treat is being honoured by my wonderful friend Annette Lewis who has honoured me with a book review. I came home from work last night and saw her text that my first novel is going to be featured by her on Friday.
