Seven Things About Me

I never know what will be of any interest to anyone else. So I am going to try to have the theme of SEVEN to give me some inspiration:

I am one of seven siblings.

I was courted by a lovely young man for seven years. I ended the relationship when I was convinced we could make each other very unhappy. That was a really hard decision for me. But I have always been sure that it was absolutely the right decision.

latte mugs.jpg I live on my own at the moment but I have seven tall latte mugs which I love. I drink a lot!

I have had seven wedding invitations from friends who are getting married this year. Three weddings I have been to, one is just before I go to Australia, two I am going to miss because they are while I am in Australia, and there is another a couple of weeks after I return.

elmers green When I was seven years old, the primary school I attended was burnt down by three former students. (One was eleven, the other two were fourteen.) For the next three years we had to go to the site of the remaining rubble of our school where double-decker buses would drive us to the other side of town where we were allowed to use some spare classrooms within a high school. Then it was my time to leave primary school and start at high school myself. But I went to an entirely different high school in another town all together.
