I Ain’t As Cruel And Vicious As I Seem

Jim Adams, aka Newepicauthor, the creator of A Unique Title For Me, is hosting SONG-LYRIC-SUNDAY and this week he has chosen the theme: BRUTAL/CRUEL/FRENZY/SAVAGE/VIOLENT

Nice! We had a similar theme in August 2020 and I picked “Cruel Summer” by Bananarama, so to avoid repetition within a year, searched and searched and searched, and came across a long list of horrible songs. But Disney saved me from a completely dire song.

I have never seen the movie “Tangled”, but I gather it is about Rapunzel. This is a musical number called “I’ve Got A Dream” and it seems to be sung by a choir of thugs, who dream of being something else entirely!

See – I knew I could find a cheery song for today’s theme!

[Hook Hand Thug:]
I’m malicious, mean and scary
My sneer could curdle dairy
And violence-wise, my hands are not the cleanest
