Far and above any other dessert, my family love cheesecake. So do I…only my dairy intolerance means that I am left fantasising about cheesecake these days! On THE GREAT BLOGGERS’ BAKE-OFF 2020 SUMMER PICNIC, we have a cheesecake that will have you drooling, thanks to wonderful Di, the creator of pensitivity101.

Many of you will know that as well as producing many fantastic posts of her own, Di also hosts THE THREE THINGS CHALLENGE and THE FRIDAY TAKE SEVEN COMPILATION CHALLENGE. She is one of the many great bloggers who help create a friendly blogging community where you will find inspiration and support as you create your own posts.

Well…from what I can see from her blog, Di is the cheesecake queen! In fact, after posting photos of her No-Bake Cheesecake, (this one decorated with chocolate covered fudge) Di received requests for her recipe. As you can see, Di’s recipe is versatile and can be adapted to suit any of your sweet cravings:

This the forbidden fruit to someone with a dairy intolerance…but by the looks of Di’s photo, the pleasure would make the pain worthwhile!

I love that there is a muppet song for every occasion! Don’t you!!!

    1. Every time we have a family party there has to be at least one cheesecake…and it does not last five minutes! I am going to try Di’s recipe when I go and visit my family next.

    1. We have a family garden party at the end of the month. It will be the first time I will have seen my family since December! The older ones are finally emerging from STAY AT HOME isolation and we can’t wait to see them. We wanted it to be an outdoor garden party so there is lots of fresh air around.
      Cheesecake is such a favourite in my family!
