WHEN IT COMES TO THE CRUNCH – WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Your boss is very friendly towards you and very supportive at work. You are grateful because you love your job. But your boss has asked you a number of times if you would like to go out for a drink after work. You are not sure if they are just being friendly or if they perhaps have a romantic interest. Your boss has not done anything inappropriate, but they are persistent in asking you out after work. You are concerned that it might affect the dynamics between you in the workplace.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

(You might have to imagine that the STAY-AT-HOME restrictions are lifted because I know a lot of people are working from home at the moment 🙂 )

What is THE CARAMEL CRUNCH? Well, it’s all about decisions. When it comes to THE CRUNCH what would you do?

 – generally involving a decision with weighty consequences

If you know anything about CRUSHED CARAMEL, you will probably realize I am a gentle soul, so my questions are not supposed to be terrifying! What I am hoping for really is to see a variety of responses. Afterall, it’s pretty obvious that WordPress bloggers are from a huge variety of backgrounds and cultures. It would be fascinating to learn more about how we as individuals make decisions.

 

Some of the questions I am going to ask are questions I have discussed with friends when we have been having coffee or dinner. I often find there is no clear right or wrong. It can be so much a matter of our individual experiences and outlook. I find it fascinating how very different some of us are when it comes to decision making.

We all have different outlooks, and may make different decisions. I am really looking forward to learning WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

 

 

I’m Sure You Will Have Heard Of Captain Tom

I have been busy busy busy…but not too busy to hear about Captain Tom raising over £15 million for the NHS. Now he and Michael Ball and NHS members up and down the country are singing along – WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER! Captain Tom seems like a complete gem of a man! What a way to approach 100 years of age. Awesome!
