Oh dear…I don’t know what Goldfinch must think of me…I cried…I cried several times during the weekend…all because I am dreading losing him.
I don’t think men (in general) like it when a woman starts blubbering.
Oh dear!

True, but who cares? We are entitled to our emotions π

Yes, you’re entitled. We can allow ourselves a few tears π’

Speaking as a man who is only trying to help, please have the confidence that Goldfinch loves being loved by you and join him on top that pedestal that you place him on. Best wishes.

Thank you…that is a very reassuring and kind remark! I just don’t ever want to be a burden to him. I want him to enjoy every moment he spends with me.

Letting your feelings show is not such a bad thing.
It’s good to let it all out rather than keeping things bottled up inside.
All the best.
Now and in the future.

Thanks Tanya. I wasn’t sure what it came over me that weekend – I guess I was just feeling so in love and the realisation was hitting home that I was going to lose him. Maybe I was tired too.

Not sure that applies to all men. Some yes, some no. So much better to show how you feel.

I think Goldfinch just wants me to be happy – I don’t think he likes me having tearful moments. The annoying thing is I only cry when I know I am having to part from him.
