I booked my ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Australia – here I come! I booked my travel insurance and all I need now is a visa.

I am so excited!!!!!! Can you tell?

Goldfinch called me around two o’clock in the morning last night and he said it would be wise to book my tickets before the price went up any more. So I did! Yippee!!!!!!!!

    1. I am so thrilled Christine – I never thought it would be possible, but I have saved and saved and gradually built up the funds. I never thought I could do it. I have been saying no to everything that costs money! All free fun for me nowadays.

  12. So happy for you 🙂 I totally share your excitement, as I also (re)booked my ticket Sunday night… I was waiting to be sure that Dad was safe and stable, and I finally made the move! How long will you stay there?? 🙂

      I am pleased you have another ticket – it must have been horrible when the other airline went under.
      I must admit I am quite anxious about something going wrong with my travel plans. I couldn’t wait to get my travel insurance sorted as soon as I had booked my flight.

      1. I bet you are. We’re excited as well, as we’re flying to the east coast of Canada to Halifax to visit our daughter in October. As part of the trip, we’re taking her car and going to Prince Edward Island(PEI) for a couple of days. Our goal is to retire to PEI.
