The first blogger to send us a cake photograph was the wonderful Irene – My Slice of Mexico who created a cake fit for royals! This is the “Reina de Fresa” or The Strawberry Queen cake. Irene’s cake is a light vanilla cake with strawberries and Chantilly cream filling and icing…and I am drooling looking at her cake photographs!
