Our next cake is one of my own personal favourites and it definitely is deserving of a special NOD FROM GARY for giving him serious competition in the category of bakes that have great potential. The wonderful 
Gary had previously made what he described as a black hole cake – although I have not seen a photo of it yet! But as soon as I saw Suze’s failcake, I wondered if she and Gary followed the same recipe.

I think I would be able to create a black hole. But not going to try as no one is willing to let me bake with my foot “disabled “ So I am just enjoying the competition from sidelines.

It looks rather like an atomic bomb went off in the center, doesn’t it? Not even filling the center with fresh fruits would have saved this sucker….lol
