We have a stunning cake from our next blogger Michelle - The Cat Lady's Kitchen Michelle – The Cat Lady’s Kitchen. Michelle’s incredible cake is a ginger sponge cake filled with lime curd and a ginger whipped cream. It’s topped with powdered sugar and crystallized ginger.

It looks incredible – can you see the lime curd ooozing out of the side – wow! And…Michelle has never made a sponge cake before! Michelle you are incredible!
