  1. Oh! I am so going to participate in this one. I just have to wait until I have more free time on my hands, like tomorrow.
Yorkshire Pudding!! OMG!!! I’d kill for that. My mother used to make that for us when we were kids, and it was such an amazing treat!!! 😉 😊

    1. I am so glad Beckie 🙂

We are going to publish the challenge for the Bake Off next Sunday one week before the Bake-Off itself. And in a few days we are going to publish a list of essential ingredients/shopping list that bakers will need.

But think cake rather than bread or biscuits or pastry.

      More details to come.

    1. Great!

We will publish the actual challenge next Sunday, one week before the Bake-Off. Anyone who can’t bake on the day can do it in advance and send in photos…but we will wait until Sunday 24th before we parade all the photos we receive.

On Sunday 24th there will be an annoying amount of Bake-Off posts. If anyone hates baking, we are probably going to be very unpopular!

      1. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL I hadn’t thought about that… but it can’t be worst than Christmas posts, or Valentine’s Day posts or the like… 😉 People can just scroll through, if they’re not in to mood for cake 😛

        1. Of course – they can give it a miss! We hope everyone has a love of cake though 🙂 We do want it to be something fun for bloggers thought and hope new bloggers will come along and say hello – kind of strengthen and expand the lovely blogging community.

    1. It was Gary’s idea Chiru – I thought it was a brilliant suggestion and was very keen on working on it with him. It should be great fun for everyone!
You have a great multitude of followers more than us – would you be so kind to re-blog one of our Bake-Off posts please so that lots of your followers know they are invited to join in the fun? We would love for the blogging community to be expanded and strengthened.
