Play That Song!

I had it all figured out. Jim actually gave us the theme for this week’s SONG-LYRIC-SUNDAY weeks ago. He told us it was Harmony/Melody/Music

I had a song all chosen. I thought it was a great choice. I really did. I just stopped enjoying it over the past few weeks for some reason.

But then something happened. That something is spring! Spring outside and spring in my step. Spring in the air and spring in my heart. Spring blooming and spring smiling. Yes that’s right, spring seems to be trying to sneak in early in England.

It feels so good! There are camellias outside my gates and in the garden! And my whole mood has been on the up and up. I already feel excited about the thought of spring and then summer ahead!

So…I accidentally stumbled across a song that I have never heard before (even though I am sure Paula at LightMotifsII recommended this group some time ago – I forgot to check them out as I intended to). I really really liked this song! And even more so, I loved the video. It has such a feel good factor to it.

So…this is my choice for this week’s theme – maybe not a perfect match, but it is nearly there, and it has a great catchy melody/harmony. It is great pick-me-up music!
